Job Description :
8 Years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
Strong knowledge of Core HR Absence Management Touchpoint
Create BIP OTBI FDI reports in Oracle HCM
Update Branding in Oracle HCM
Create Journeys and notifications in Oracle HCM
Create and configure DOR
End to end skills to setup security
Setting up Job Roles Data Roles Usage of AOR
Hands on experience on sensitive fields hiding across modules
Knowledge of delivered reports and build adhoc reports as required in Security space
Testing Experience to Perform testing and coridnate with users to perform testing
Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios
Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
Documenting test results
Reporting test results
Perform data validation
EndtoEnd Integration testing
Provide support in training on all HCM modules
