Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant (Senior Associate)

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata,Pune, Chennai, Gurugram (PwC Acceleration Center India)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in multiple HCM modules and proven experience in end-to-end implementations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, driving HR transformation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Oracle Cloud HCM functional specifications
• Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, T&L, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning, Workforce Modelling) aligned with best practices
• Manage multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations ensuring quality delivery within budget and timelines
• Develop and execute test scripts; lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality
• Provide post-implementation support and training to users for smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
• Prepare detailed functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals
• Integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, APIs, etc.
• Use Oracle HCM Cloud tools and analytics to provide insights and contribute to HR strategy and workforce planning
• Manage stakeholder relations, collaborating across project managers, technical teams, and business users to ensure success

What You Must Have:

• Bachelors degree any stream
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with at least 2 complete implementations
• Expertise in 2+ Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning, Workforce Modeling
• Strong understanding and experience in Oracle Integration technologies (Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, APIs)
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
