Job Title : Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead

Location : Oxnard, LA (Local candidates only; 3 days onsite per week)

Work Authorization : US Citizens and Green Card holders only

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Transformation Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, US Payroll, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing weekly and biweekly payroll operations in the US, leading Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations, and transforming payroll processes across multiple entities and countries.

The candidate should have deep knowledge of US multi-state payroll compliance, payroll controls, and regulatory requirements. Experience supporting agricultural, seasonal, or H-2A workforces is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in payroll transformation and payroll operations.
• At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experiences.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll and US payroll operations.
• Experience supporting weekly and biweekly US payroll cycles.
• Deep understanding of US multi-state payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience redesigning payroll processes, implementing controls, and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of payroll reconciliation, audit readiness, and payroll governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in agriculture, seasonal workforce management, or H-2A payroll compliance.
• Knowledge of piece-rate compensation and agricultural overtime requirements.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Benefits and integrations involving timekeeping and GL.
• Experience supporting international payroll operations or global payroll transformation.
