Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle
Cloud implementation projects. This role owns scope, schedule, budget, and risk across the project
lifecycle from discovery through go-live and post-launch stabilization while coordinating closely with
functional, technical, integrations, and change management teams to ensure successful, on-time
delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of Oracle Cloud implementation project(s), from kickoff through go-live and
  hyper care
• Develop and maintain the project plan, schedule, budget, and resource plan
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate appropriately
• Coordinate across workstreams - applications, integrations, data migration, testing, and
  training/change management - to keep delivery aligned
• Own project governance: status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive/stakeholder
  communication
• Manage vendor and consulting partner relationships, including coordination with Oracle project
  accounting on invoicing, IDRs, and contract deliverables
• Partner with the Change Management lead on training and adoption planning
• Facilitate decision-making and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Ensure delivery adheres to PMO methodology, governance standards, and quality expectations
  Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years managing Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, or
  SCM) implementations
• Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycle: discovery, design, build, testing, training, golive, and hyper care
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud modules relevant to the role (e.g., Financials, Procurement,
  HCM, SCM)
• Proven stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• Experience managing integrations, data migration, and testing workstreams within a broader
  implementation
• Familiarity with project financial management, including budget tracking and vendor invoicing/IDR
  processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification (or equivalent)
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
• Experience working alongside System Integrator / consulting partner teams

• Project scheduling and resource planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Risk and issue management
• Executive-level presentation and communication
• Cross-functional leadership and influence without direct authority
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity during early-phase discovery and planning
