Role: Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud Reconciliations (ARC)

Location: 100% Remote

Job Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud Account Reconciliation (ARC) to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM implementations, manage complex client engagements, and deliver effective reconciliation solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mid-to-large-scale Oracle Cloud EPM consulting projects.
• Gather business requirements and lead functional and technical design sessions.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARC) solutions.
• Develop standard reconciliations and transaction matching models.
• Manage Data Exchange/Data Management and data-loading activities.
• Lead consulting teams, manage project deliverables, and serve as the primary client contact.
• Provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and mentorship to team members.

🔹 Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience leading 5–6 full-lifecycle Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARC/ARM) projects .
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation (ARC) .
• Experience with functional and technical solution design, transaction matching, and data integration.
• Excellent client communication, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and Tax Reporting (TRC).
• Experience developing custom ARC dashboards.
• Relevant Oracle EPM Cloud or Account Reconciliation implementation certifications.
