What they need
Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations and enhancements.
Gather business requirements and design scalable inventory, order management, procurement and planning solutions.
Configure and administer Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Cost Management and PLM modules.
Design item structures, catalogs, sourcing rules, orchestration processes, approval workflows, dashboards and reports.
Design supply chain planning, demand forecasting, replenishment and fulfillment processes.
Manage data integrations using FBDI, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
Drive solution architecture, technical design reviews and best practices.
Support testing, UAT, deployment, migration and production support activities.
Lead client workshops and mentor junior consultants.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Oracle SCM (Cloud/EBS) solutions.
Strong expertise in Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing and Cost Management.
Experience in item/catalog design, sourcing, order orchestration, supply chain planning and fulfillment.
Knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL and data integration tools (FBDI, OIC, ADFdi).
Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud
Education and additional qualifications:
Must have academic qualifications like BE/MBA / CA Internal /Final
Good to have Oracle Certification
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing onsite role.

Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Certification
Oracle Inventory and Order Management Cloud Service Certification
