Oracle Cloud Tech Manager

As an Oracle Cloud Tech Manager, you will lead client support work within the Business Application Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle technology solutions. You will motivate and coach teams, manage performance, and guide project workstreams while applying business judgment, technical skills, and a practical approach to delivery.

You will oversee Oracle software installation, configuration, administration, development, and support activities while helping teams address client needs, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver consistent work products.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud technical workstreams across client engagements and coordinate delivery timelines, priorities, and dependencies.
• Manage teams through the planning, execution, and completion of Oracle technology initiatives while coaching junior professionals.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud application designs, configuration approaches, and implementation plans.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Data Integration, and Oracle Application Development Framework activities.
• Develop technical solutions for process improvement and optimization within finance technology environments.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Oracle methodologies and client expectations.
• Identify system interactions, integration risks, and technical issues across Oracle applications and adjacent platforms.
• Guide issue resolution, escalation procedures, and stakeholder communications throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Promote the use of Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and design automation tools to support reporting and operational efficiency.
• Apply strategic technology planning to identify opportunities for business transformation and service enhancement.

What You Must Have

• At least a bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Data Science.
• At least one Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related OCI domains.
• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud solutions across client-facing workstreams.
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables through disciplined planning.
• Experience mentoring team members through reviews, feedback, and coaching.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for technical implementation discussions.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical Oracle technology solutions.
