As an Oracle Cloud Tech Senior Manager, you will lead client support efforts within the Business Application Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle technology solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency through implementation, configuration, administration, development, and support. You will lead large projects, apply sound judgment in complex situations, motivate and coach teams, and bring strategic insight to client needs while contributing to operational excellence and effective communication.

In this role, you will guide multiple workstreams, translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions, and support delivery through thoughtful problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and practical application of industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud technology engagements for finance transformation initiatives, translating client objectives into practical solution designs and delivery plans.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on Oracle Cloud strategy, platform capabilities, and implementation trade-offs across core ERP processes.
• Manage complex workstreams spanning configuration, development, data integration, and deployment activities.
• Guide teams through solution design, testing, issue resolution, and cutover planning while maintaining accountability for deliverables.
• Apply Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Data Integration, Oracle Application Development Framework, and BI Publisher skills to support solution development and reporting.
• Develop process improvements that streamline finance operations and strengthen the use of Oracle applications across business functions.
• Review technical and functional outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and adjust delivery approaches to address changing priorities.
• Coach team members through complex problem-solving, escalate blockers when needed, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Represent the role in client discussions, internal reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions while promoting leading Oracle practices.

What You Must Have

• At least a bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Data Science.
• At least one Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains.
• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud technical solutions across complex client projects.
• Ability to apply Oracle Cloud Infrastructure skills in advisory environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Oracle technology solutions.
• Experience leading teams through ambiguity with sound judgment and composure.
