Oracle Cloud Transformation Program Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end migration of Oracle Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Manage program planning, governance, risks, budget, milestones, and overall delivery.
• Coordinate with business, functional, technical, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Oversee data assessment, cleansing, migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
• Manage integrations across Oracle PLM, ERP, SCM, OCI, and connected enterprise systems.
• Drive testing, user acceptance, change management, training, adoption, and transition to support.
• Provide regular program updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle transformation or enterprise technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of OCI, Oracle ERP, SCM, data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Industry experience in Telecom, Manufacturing, or High-Tech environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, governance, and problem-solving skills.
