Oracle Cross Functional consultant

As Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional consultant within Nokia’s Corporate & Business Applications team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. You will be responsible for Business-as-Usual support, enhancements, and projects in Oracle Compensation Cloud and Oracle Global HR primarily, but could also contribute to Recruiting, Security and Access Management, Helpdesk, Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management, Reporting areas.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Configure / implement / maintain Workforce Compensation and Individual Compensation plans
• Design compensation cycles
• Configure eligibility, budgets, worksheets, and approval hierarchies
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Support end-to-end compensation processes including testing and deployment
• Provide functional expertise and best practices for Compensation and Core HR module
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for compensation calculations
• Perform data loads using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and custom solutions

Key Skills And Experience Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, out of which 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Core HR module
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM design/configure/build, including Fast Formulas, VBS, HDL
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in large, multi-region, AMS engagements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective stakeholder management

Nice-To-Have:

• Experience in HR operations, especially Compensation and Core HR
• Experience in other Oracle HCM cloud modules/areas, e.g. ORC, Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management, Security and Access, HelpDesk, Advanced HCM Controls
• Experience in technical areas e.g HCM Extract, BIP, BICC, Integrations etc
• Relevant Oracle certifications
• Knowledge of automation tools for code migration, testing automation
