We are looking for a Oracle Database Administrator who wants to learn and transform his career.

Requirements:

Exadata & ZDLRA

• Administration, patching, and maintenance of Exadata environments (compute, storage cells, Grid Infrastructure, switches, and PDUs)
• VM management, ASM/disk group administration, filesystem expansion, Exacheck, ASR, and hardware support coordination
• Firewall request management and security maintenance

ZFS Backup Appliance & ASR

• Appliance administration, kernel patching, storage pool management, immutability configuration, and routing updates
• ASR software, hardware, and connectivity administration

Oracle Database Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases (12c, 19c, 26ai) on Linux/Unix and Windows platforms
• Database creation, cloning, migrations, upgrades, and decommissioning
• ASM, tablespaces, storage, archive logs, and housekeeping management
• Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery readiness using RMAN
• Performance monitoring and tuning using AWR, ADDM, ASH, and OEM
• SQL tuning, optimizer statistics, and database parameter management
• Oracle RAC and Data Guard administration, including failover and switchover activities
• Security administration including users, roles, auditing, access controls, and quarterly patching

Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)

• OEM administration, upgrades, patching, monitoring templates, reporting, and alert integrations
• Firewall and monitoring configuration for protected environments

Oracle Identity Management

• Administration and support of OID, OAM, Webgates, Accessgates, certificates, and Oracle EBS integrations
• Security patching and replication management across environments

Certificate & Key Management

• Oracle Key Vault administration
• Encryption key lifecycle management and certificate rotation across Oracle platforms

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

• Deploy, administer, and support Oracle databases in OCI
• Execute on-premises to OCI migrations using Data Guard, GoldenGate, RMAN, Data Pump, and related tools
• Manage OCI services including Compute, Networking (VCN), IAM, Storage, Load Balancers, VPN/FastConnect, Backup & Recovery, and GoldenGate

Oracle GoldenGate

• Installation, configuration, upgrades, and administration of replication environments
• Multi-master replication design and support
• Performance optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with application, server, network and other teams during outages and scheduled change request work;
• Follow change management and release processes;
• Participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotations for critical production systems;
• Troubleshoot database incidents and perform root cause analysis;
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues;
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation;
• Automate routine DBA tasks using shell scripting and AI where applicable;
• Perform proactive monitoring for events and alerts;
• Manage all SOX compliance configurations, access control reviews, reporting, and compliance task completion;
• Stay current on all required internal company training;
• Safeguard digital assets by consistently practicing and promoting safe cyber awareness.
