Oracle Database Administrator

We are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator with a DevOps mindset to ensure database stability, performance, security, and automation , with strong experience in Oracle environments .

What you would do:

• Maintain production and non-production databases , ensuring availability and performance.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, requests, and database issues .
• Manage change requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Optimize database engines and SQL code .
• Develop scripts and automated solutions to improve database operations.
• Support developers, application administrators, and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in the design and implementation of database solutions , including high availability and scalability.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Participate in business continuity and availability exercises .

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.

• Strong experience with Oracle 19c .

• Experience with Oracle RAC and Single Instance .

• Knowledge of RMAN and Oracle Data Guard .

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with automation and scripting .

• Experience with ticketing systems .

• English B2 and proficiency in Portuguese .

• Knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is a plus.
