What they need
- Strong expertise in Oracle Database (12c, 19c, 21c and above).
- Practical experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and GoldenGate.
- Proficiency in database performance tuning, SQL optimization, indexing, and partitioning.
- Hands-on experience with RMAN backup and recovery.
- Knowledge of Oracle Grid Infrastructure and Clusterware.
- Working knowledge of MySQL, MS SQL Server, and/or PostgreSQL.
- Oracle Database or RAC certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Oracle Engineered Systems will be preferred.
