Job title: Oracle Demand & Supply Planning Solution Architect

Locqtion: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad

Functional & Architecture Leadership: Serve as the Solution Architect across Demand & Supply Planning. Secondary skills (anything else in SCM functionalities including Backorder, Replenishment, S&OP, Planning Analytics etc.)

- Presales & RFP Management: Actively lead and orchestrated all RFP and proactive pursuits in Supply Chain within the current organization

- Global Enterprise Design: Lead comprehensive Global Enterprise Design sessions for large-scale, multi-country rollouts to establish standardized, scalable planning processes.

- Innovation & Accelerators: Spearhead corporate initiatives to build proprietary business tools, AI solutions, rapid deployment methodologies and process frameworks with specific business KPI and outcomes

- AI Framework Integration: Evaluate and embed AI technologies—including Generative AI, Embedded AI, AI Agents, and Oracle's Agentic AI framework—into supply chain solutions.

- Executive Storytelling: Act as a primary orator, utilizing high-impact public speaking skills and a strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate

Candidate needs to have 20+ years of relevant Domain & IT experience in computer science, with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain. MBA (Supply Chain or Operations is preferred).

This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.

Key qualifications include:

- Relevant Experience: 10 to 15 years of industry experience in relevant Supply Chain Management areas described above.

- Architecture Track Record: 8+ years of dedicated Solution Architect experience across the entire Oracle Supply Chain Management.

- Presales Experience: 5-6+ years of consistent experience actively managing RFPs, RFI and proactive proposals leading to winnable Sales & Solution strategies and architecture which helps up impact the topline

- Global Scale: Successfully led Global Enterprise Design and large Transformation projects in Supply Chain

- Value Enabler: Actively engaged to translate customer challenges to business focused outcomes related to Supply Chain as part of deal orchestration

- AI Exposure: Have hands-on exposure to all Embedded AIs released by Oracle and/or experience with AI technologies and Oracle's Agentic AI framework building custom AI components.

- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, master-level public speaking (Orator), and deep domain knowledge in Supply Chain
