Oracle DevOps Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle DevOps Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), DevOps, Cloud Engineering, automation, and cloud security. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering and has completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Infrastructure implementations. The role requires strong knowledge of OCI services, IAM, PaaS architecture, automation scripting, and integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions.
• Lead and support end-to-end OCI implementation projects.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure across networking, IAM, databases, integration, and security services.
• Configure and manage OCI services based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, Java, or Ruby.
• Implement DevOps automation and configuration management practices.
• Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (OKE).
• Manage and support GitHub, storage services, and configuration management tools.
• Design and implement OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and access controls.
• Support federation and integration between OCI and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

About you

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• At least 3 end-to-end implementation projects involving Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong knowledge of OCI services including Networking, IAM, Databases, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Cloud Guard.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language such as Python, Bash, Java, or Ruby.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes / Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
• Familiarity with GitHub, storage services, and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
