Oracle EAM Specialist III

Role: Oracle EAM Specialist III **Duration: Contract

Location:** Houston, TX(Onsite Role)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Systems Specialist (Oracle) to join our eBusiness Systems team supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.15. This role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle APEX, Java, OAF, PL/SQL, SQL, and Workflow development, along with experience supporting Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision to provide both technical and functional support for Oracle EAM and related business applications. This individual will play a key role in application development, system administration, troubleshooting, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, Oracle Support, and external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. In addition to Oracle EAM, this role will support integrations between Oracle EAM, and the third-party Asset Performance Management (APM) SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical development, administration, and production support for Oracle EAM.

* Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain custom Oracle applications and enhancements.

* Support and provide backup coverage for Oracle EAM and various enterprise SaaS and operational technology platforms.

* Troubleshoot complex application and interface issues working with Oracle Support and and external vendors.

* Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

* Ensure compliance with change management processes and SOX controls.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Technical Environment

Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.15; Oracle Database 12c on Linux; Oracle APEX, Java, OAF, PL/SQL, SQL, Workflow; Toad and SQL*Plus; .: Python.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* 5+ years of IT application development and support experience.

* 3+ years supporting Oracle E-Business Suite.

* 3+ years supporting OAF customization and Oracle APEX development.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work onsite.

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

* Oracle EAM experience.

* Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.15.

* Python

* Claude/AI

* SaaS Integration experience
