Oracle EBS & Agile PLM Data Management

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EBS Inventory Management

• Create, maintain, and update item/product master data in Oracle EBS.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities through accurate item setup and validation.
• Configure and manage inventory attributes, item categories, units of measure, and organization assignments.
• Perform item extensions across manufacturing, inventory, costing, and planning organizations.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and quality requirements.

Agile PLM Data Management

• Create and maintain product records in Agile PLM.
• Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), change requests, and product lifecycle updates.
• Support BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, updates, and validations.
• Coordinate product data synchronization between Agile PLM and Oracle EBS.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of engineering and manufacturing master data.

Operational Support

• Independently handle day-to-day product setup requests and service tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve item master, BOM, ECO, and product setup-related issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to understand business requirements.
• Meet defined SLA targets for request fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and master data quality initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS data management, master data maintenance, or BPM operations.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Oracle EBS Inventory Module

• Agile PLM

• Item Creation and Maintenance

• Item Changes and Extensions

• Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

• Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Manufacturing and Site Setup

• New Product Introduction (NPI) processes

• Experience handling high-volume data entry and maintenance activities with high accuracy.

• Ability to analyze and resolve product setup issues independently.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
