Education: BE/ Btech or Btech with MCA

No other graduation is considered.

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai (WFO)

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Banking Operations and Accounting principles.
• Good working knowledge of CBS (Core Banking System) and banking transaction flows.
• Sound knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), particularly General Ledger (GL) and Accounting processes.
• Practical experience in Bank Reconciliation and investigation of accounting differences.
• Hands-on experience in Balance Compare / Balance Reconciliation between CBS and General Ledger.
• Good understanding of Trial Balance, General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and accounting entries.
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL queries for data validation, transaction checking, and issue analysis.
• Good hands-on knowledge of MS Excel for reconciliation, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Ability to analyze discrepancies between CBS, Oracle EBS, and GL balances.
• Knowledge of EOD/BOD processes, accounting interfaces, and transaction posting will be an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform functional support activities related to CBS, Banking, Accounting, and Oracle EBS.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and investigate outstanding or mismatched transactions.
• Perform Balance Compare between CBS and General Ledger and identify accounting differences.
• Analyze CBS transactions and verify corresponding accounting entries in Oracle EBS.
• Validate GL balance, Trial Balance, and accounting entries.
• Use basic PL/SQL queries for data validation, transaction investigation, and reconciliation.
• Prepare reconciliation and analysis reports using MS Excel.
• Identify transaction/interface discrepancies and coordinate with technical and application teams for resolution.
• Support EOD/BOD activities, financial closing, and critical banking operations.
• Participate in UAT, testing, production support, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Bank/CBS, Oracle EBS, DBA, and other technical teams for timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare functional analysis, reconciliation statements, issue reports, and status updates.
