Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Lead to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EBS Financials solutions aligned with business finance processes and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS R12 Financials functional design, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong experience across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management .
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Lead functional configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support .
• Support financial reporting, month-end processes, and reconciliation requirements.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and test scenarios.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Experience

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience , with strong functional expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 .
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
