Oracle EBS Finance Functional Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules based on business processes.
• Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Tax modules.
• Configure Chart of Accounts, ledgers, legal entities, operating units, calendars, and accounting setups.
• Handle AP invoice processing, payments, AR invoicing, receipts, and customer accounting.
• Manage GL journals, accounting entries, reconciliations, period close, and financial reporting.
• Configure and support Fixed Assets, depreciation, asset additions, transfers, and retirements.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Analyze functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide solutions.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, customizations, and integrations.
• Provide user training and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and statutory requirements.
• 10+ years of EBS functional experience with Oracle Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable modules is a must
• Global experience in corporate and local(tax) FA depreciation rules.
