What they need
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle GL / Oracle EBS GL, preferably within the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes, General Ledger, and month-end closing activities.
- Hands-on experience in inter-system reconciliation across Core Banking, Sub-ledger, General Ledger (GL), and Data Warehouse (DWH) environments.
- Proven ability to analyze, investigate, and resolve reconciliation breaks, data discrepancies, and financial reporting issues.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, UAT support, and coordination with business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with banking products, regulatory reporting, and financial data flows is highly preferred.
