Oracle EBS Functional Support

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle EBS users.
• Understand business processes and map them with Oracle EBS functionality.
• Analyze functional issues and provide solutions.
• Identify root causes of recurring ERP issues.
• Coordinate with technical/IT teams for development and customization requirements.
• Support users during critical transactions and month-end activities.

Module Management

• Work on one or more Oracle EBS modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Procurement/Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing/BOM/WIP, Costing and Projects.
• Configure and maintain functional setups as per approved business requirements.
• Understand module dependencies and impact of configuration changes.

Business Requirement & Process Understanding

• Discuss requirements with business users and understand the actual business need.
• Convert business requirements into functional solutions.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
• Identify process gaps and suggest system-based improvements.
• Participate in process improvement and ERP enhancement projects.

Implementation & Enhancement

• Participate in Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement and upgrade activities.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom reports, forms, interfaces and workflows.
• Conduct requirement analysis, testing and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with developers for customization and integration activities.
• Validate developed solutions against business requirements.

User Support & Training

• Provide functional training to end users.
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs and process documentation.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support new users during onboarding and process adoption.
• Ensure users follow standardized ERP processes.

Reporting, Data & Integration

• Understand business reporting requirements and support Oracle reports/MIS.
• Validate data accuracy between Oracle EBS and business reports.
• Understand integrations with other applications.
• Coordinate master-data creation and validation.
• Support data migration, cleansing and validation.
• Ensure data integrity and process compliance.

Documentation & Controls

• Maintain functional documentation and configuration records.
• Maintain issue logs and resolution records.
• Document change requests and enhancements.
• Follow ERP change-management and access-control processes.
• Ensure appropriate testing and approval before production changes.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
