Job Title: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

Duration: Long Term Contract

Location: Remote

Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel to the client’s location for two weeks every three months. All approved travel-related expenses will be covered by client.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Order Management, and Shipping. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle EBS modules, supporting order processing and shipping operations, and delivering functional solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to Order to Cash, Order Management, and Shipping.

• Configure and support Oracle EBS Order Management and Shipping Execution modules.

• Manage order processing workflows, order booking, fulfillment, pick release, ship confirmation, and delivery processes.

• Support integrations between Order Management, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, and other Oracle EBS modules.

• Conduct requirement gathering, functional design, gap analysis, and solution documentation.

• Support system testing, UAT, implementation, and post-production issues.

• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolutions.

• Work with business stakeholders to improve order fulfillment and shipping processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant.

• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) and Shipping Execution.

• Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business cycle.

• Experience with Inventory and Accounts Receivable integration.

• Knowledge of order booking, pick release, ship confirmation, delivery management, and invoicing.

• Experience with functional specifications, testing, UAT, and production support.

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
