- Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (Oracle Forms, SQL/PLSQL, UNIX, Sterling Integrator) to translate technical specifications into clear, consumable documentation.
- Conduct manual/functional testing to ensure documentation accuracy, conforming to ISO and regulatory standards
