Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Process Lead to support supply chain process integration and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).

This role requires experience defining integration requirements, preparing functional specifications, coordinating configuration and development activities, supporting data migration, and leading testing efforts. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Oracle EBS and WMS integration requirements, including data objects, field mappings, integration triggers, and synchronization frequency.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to guide configuration and development activities.
• Review functional and technical deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
• Support data migration planning, including data cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and validation.
• Lead functional testing activities and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot defects, coordinating with relevant teams to drive resolution.
• Develop training materials and support end-user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support to resolve functional issues and ensure smooth business operations.
• Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure supply chain business processes and system integrations align with operational requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).
• Solid functional experience with Oracle WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
• Experience with Oracle EBS–WMS integrations and functional requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in preparing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting data migration, SIT, UAT, defect management, and post-production support.
• Excellent customer-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading Oracle EBS supply chain or warehouse management implementation initiatives.
• Experience with end-to-end implementations and integration testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to coordinate business requirements with technical delivery teams.
