Oracle EPBCS Developer

Job Responsibilities:

Development & Configuration

• Assess and do an inventory of existing Essbase applications, cubes, business rules, calculations, reports and integrations
• Design, build, and configure Oracle EPBCS solutions to meet business requirements.
• Convert Essbase artifacts, calculations, metadata structures, business rules and reporting solutions to Oracle EPBCS
• Implement data integration between EPBCS and other systems (ERP, data warehouses).

Support & Maintenance

• Provide Level 2/3 production support for EPBCS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.

Enhancements & Upgrades

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify process improvements.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.

Documentation & Training

• Maintain technical documentation for configurations and processes.
• Conduct user training and provide functional support for planning and budgeting cycles

Job Requirements:

• With 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS implementation and administration
• With more than 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technologies
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Essbase architecture, multidimensional modeling and cube design
• Experience migrating or modernizing Essbase applications into Oracle EPM Cloud platform
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting or Financial Reporting functions
• Knowledge on data integration processes

Additional Requirements:

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle Fusion applications
• Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum methodology
• Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (Planning 2023 or later) is a plus

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month

• Oracle SaaS: 1 year (Preferred)
• Oracle Fusion: 1 year (Preferred)
• Oracle BI (OTBI): 1 year (Preferred)
