Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and architecting enterprise-level Oracle EPM solutions, with strong hands-on and functional expertise in Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining solution architecture, leading end-to-end implementations, translating business requirements into scalable EPM solutions, and providing strategic guidance to finance and technology stakeholders. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, primarily FCCS and PBCS.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Oracle EPM architecture.
• Define application architecture, dimensions, metadata, data flows, integration patterns, security models, and reporting frameworks.
• Establish architectural standards, design principles, implementation methodologies, and best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise technology standards and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion solutions, including solution architecture and implementation leadership.
• Strong expertise in both FCCS and PBCS , with experience in end-to-end implementation and solution design.
• In-depth understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and close processes.
• Experience in application design, metadata modelling, business rules, calculations, security, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, reconciliation, automation, and EPM application administration.
• Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion Financials or other financial systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM Automate, REST APIs, Data Integration, and related tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and work effectively with senior finance and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Exposure to other Oracle EPM modules, such as EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, or Narrative Reporting.
• Understanding of financial reporting standards, consolidation controls, and enterprise finance processes.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications would be an advantage.
