Oracle ERP-BCEA Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Cloud Budgetary Control control budgets, budget levels, tolerances and validations.
• Set up Encumbrance Accounting for requisitions, purchase orders and invoices.
• Define funds-check and funds-reservation behaviour across Procurement and Payables.
• Support budget import, budget adjustments and carry-forward processing.
• Integrate Budgetary Control with GL, Procurement, Payables and Projects.
• Troubleshoot funds-check failures and provide production support.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting.
• Deep understanding of control budgets, funds reservation and encumbrance lifecycle.
• Solid grounding in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, Payables, Procurement).
• Experience with budget loading, adjustments and reporting.
• Ability to analyse and resolve funds-check and accounting issues.

Good to Have

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification.
• Public-sector / government financials experience.
