Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)

Role Overview

This position requires a professional to serve as a liaison between Finance, Business, and Technology teams. The role involves translating business requirements into functional specifications, developing technical documentation, and supporting the delivery of financial system solutions. The successful candidate will analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Document system workflows, data models, data flows, and integrations between finance systems.
• Create architecture, process, and data diagrams using Visio.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), process flows, and data mapping documents.
• Serve as the liaison between Finance, Business, and Technology teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and reporting objectives.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate across ERP, Essbase, and OAC teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.

Required Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 10 years of Business Analysis experience supporting Finance, ERP, and enterprise reporting initiatives is required. Hands-on development experience with Oracle ERP, Essbase, or OAC is essential.

Technical Skills: Functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials, including GL, AP, and Fixed Assets. A solid understanding of Essbase cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, and financial reporting concepts is necessary. Candidates must understand Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) capabilities for dashboards, reporting, KPIs, and analytics and have experience with requirements gathering.
