Location: USA Employment Type: Contract (C2C / 1099) Role: Oracle Field Service (OFS) Cloud – Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Field Service transformation programs for public sector clients, including process redesign, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post‑go‑live adoption.
• Collaborate across business, technology, and client teams to align priorities and solve complex problems.
• Lead scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and user story development for OFS workstreams.
• Provide hands‑on training and enable long‑term adoption of Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
• Analyze requirements for scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, routing, capacity, and field execution.
• Execute cutover activities, deployment readiness, and change enablement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

Technical

• Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud configuration, integration, and API usage.
• Mobile app navigation, routing, and dispatch tools.

Functional

• Strong understanding of field service processes, service order management, and mobile workforce execution.

Consulting

• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with agile delivery and scrum methodologies.

Industry Knowledge

• Prior exposure to public sector projects is mandatory.
• Experience in utility or manufacturing field service operations preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle Field Service / Fusion experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations.
• Proven experience working on US Public Sector projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
