Position: Oracle Finance Analyst Immediate Requirement

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Finance Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across finance modules and a proven track record in support, implementation, and enhancement delivery.

Key Skills Required:

• Required Modules: GL, PA, AR, FA, AGIS
• Desirable Modules: SLA, eBusiness Tax, Cash Management, AP, Oracle Payments

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications
• Provide functional support across GL, PA, AR, FA & AGIS
• Support period close, intercompany accounting, reconciliations & reporting
• Manage inbound/outbound integrations and root-cause analysis
• Oversee vendor deliverables and SLA compliance
• Manage stakeholders across Finance, IT, Tax & Treasury teams
• Provide SLA-based production support, UAT, and end-user training

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years in Oracle EBS R12 finance application support
• Strong understanding of accounting flows, period close & intercompany
• SQL/PLSQL, BI/XML Publisher, EBS Workflows
• Proven vendor management & stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong ITIL knowledge, excellent communication & analytical skills

Nice to Have:

• Oracle Fusion, OBIEE, ODI, Power BI
• Air transport industry experience
