Oracle Finance Manager

The Opportunity

Join our Acceleration Center Manila and help deliver business application consulting services within the Finance Technology – Oracle Core ERP practice. Collaborate with clients to implement Oracle Finance solutions, improve financial processes, and support business transformation.

As an Oracle Finance Manager, you will lead client engagements, guide teams in developing and implementing Oracle Finance solutions, and use strategic planning and mentoring skills to support team performance. You will manage client accounts, oversee project delivery, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

You will work closely with clients to address complex financial systems and process requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Finance transformation initiatives and manage client expectations effectively.
• Guide teams in the strategic planning and execution of finance technology projects.
• Apply technical proficiency in Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships to identify and address finance process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and oversee the deployment of scalable financial management solutions using Oracle tools.
• Promote innovative technologies and leading practices across finance transformation teams.
• Validate data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and improve business performance.

What You Must Have

• At least a bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Management, or Management Information Systems.
• At least one Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules.
• Proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management.
• Ability to use financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
• Experience managing finance transformation projects focused on process improvement.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading teams in delivering finance technology solutions.
