Oracle FLEXCUBE Functional Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking applications.
• Perform FLEXCUBE parameterization and product configuration.
• Configure banking products, customer accounts, interest rules, charges, fees, limits, and accounting entries.
• Analyze and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Support End of Day (EOD), Beginning of Day (BOD), and periodic batch activities.
• Perform impact analysis and testing for configuration changes.
• Coordinate with business users, operations teams, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Support change requests, enhancements, and regulatory updates.
• Prepare functional specifications and support documentation.
• Participate in UAT and production deployments.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for recurring issues.

Required Skills and Experience

• Required Experience is 4-8 Years.
• Strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE On-Premise.
• Expertise in FLEXCUBE parameterization and product setup.
• Knowledge of Core Banking Operations.
• Strong understanding of banking products and processes.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
• Oracle FLEXCUBE certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
