Job Summary:-

Seeking a Senior Oracle Functional QA Engineer with 6+ years of Functional Testing/QA , strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle Finance experience, and Agile delivery exposure. The role involves independent ownership of test planning, execution, defect management, stakeholder collaboration, and QA improvement. Automation, AI-powered testing, and modern QA practices are advantageous.

Responsibilities:-

• Understand business requirements, process flows, and Oracle Fusion functionality; create test scenarios/cases .
• Perform functional, integration, regression, E2E, UAT, exploratory, and risk-based testing .
• Validate workflows across Oracle modules and integrated applications.
• Identify, track, troubleshoot, and close defects.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with AM, Engineering, Product Owners, and Oracle SMEs.
• Perform quarterly release testing, patch validation, impact assessment, and pre/post-release validation .
• Analyze Oracle release notes and create risk-based regression strategies .
• Validate Oracle Fusion integrations, interfaces, APIs, middleware, reports, workflows, customizations, and enterprise data flows .
• Verify data synchronization, batch processing, and transaction integrity .
• Contribute to Selenium/equivalent automation , QA frameworks/process improvements, and modern testing practices.
• Stay current with AI-driven testing, GenAI/Agentic AI, emerging QA technologies, and Oracle Cloud innovations .

Requirements:-

Experience & QA

• 6+ years Functional Testing/QA.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications testing and mandatory Oracle Finance module experience.
• Strong E2E business process and ERP workflow understanding.
• Oracle Fusion quarterly release, patch testing, and impact assessment experience.
• Web-based and enterprise application testing.
• Strong testing concepts/methodologies and defect lifecycle management .
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and own deliverables.
• Willingness to learn new technologies/tools/business processes

Oracle Finance – hands-on experience in one or more:

GL, AP, AR, Revenue Management, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, EPM, EPCM, Financial Reporting & Accounting Processes.

Integration & AI

• Oracle Fusion integration testing with external applications, APIs, middleware, interfaces, and enterprise systems .
• E2E integration across third-party applications, middleware, APIs, downstream reporting, and enterprise data flows .
• Validate data synchronization, interfaces, batch processing, and transaction integrity .
• AI awareness and understanding of AI-powered applications/tools

Preferred Skills:-

• Selenium, Playwright, Cypress , or equivalent automation.
• Automation framework design/maintenance.
• API testing: Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.
• CI/CD and DevOps exposure.
• Oracle Cloud integration/interface testing.
• AI-enabled/ GenAI application testing .
• Agentic AI testing concepts.
• SQL and data validation .
