Mandatory Skills:
- Oracle Finance Fusion Cloud expertise
- Data Migration (FBDI ADFDI Templates)
- Tax Configuration Budget Control
- Oracle AIM, UAT, OUM methodologies
- AL, CM, GL modules
Additional Requirements:
- Proven Solution Design experience - ability to analyze requirements, design scalable finance solutions, and align with business objectives.
- Strong Management experience - leading project teams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of ERP initiatives.
- Must have completed 3-4 full-cycle implementation projects (end-to-end) with hands-on involvement in design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Qualifications
