We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Helpdesk, OTL, and ORC modules to lead and support implementations, configurations, and client engagements.
Role Overview: You will drive Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring seamless workflows, case management, and integration with other HCM modules. This role requires strong clientfacing skills and the ability to deliver workshops, documentation, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Oracle HCM Helpdesk solutions
Verify and optimize Fusion Helpdesk setup & workflows
Collaborate with HR/IT teams on case categories & escalation rules
Provide functional guidance, documentation & enduser training
Ensure integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence & Benefits
Troubleshoot issues, perform UAT & support postproduction
Deliver client workshops & promote best practices
