What is the job?

The Techno-Functional Lead, Oracle Fusion Supply Chain & Product Data is a senior role (Senior Consultant / Manager level) that combines functional leadership, solution architecture and design authority, and system administration for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management, Product Information Management (Product Hub), the related General Ledger touchpoints, and reporting across both implementation and steady-state operation.

As functional lead and solution architect, the role owns functional and configuration design for the assigned modules, makes design decisions within program standards, and ensures the SCM-to-GL accounting flow and the product and item data foundation are correct, controlled, and reconcilable. As administrator, the role owns ongoing configuration, quarterly Oracle release adoption, support environment and change management.

The role is hands-on: it designs, configures, loads and validates data, builds reports, and resolves issues directly, while directing analysts, consultants, and System Integrator resources within the workstream.

The role reports to the VP, Finance Transformation and Automation and partners with operations, procurement, the accounting and control teams, Technology, third-party providers, and the System Integrator. Deep platform architecture and custom integration development remain with Technology and the System Integrator.

Salary: From £51,750

Location: This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US or UK (depending on your Right to Work status)

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management, Product Information Management (Product Hub), and related reporting solutions.
  • Own quarterly Oracle release adoption, regression testing, configuration management, system enhancements, and ongoing production support.
  • Configure and optimise inventory, purchasing, receiving, costing, valuation, and product data processes, ensuring controls and accounting requirements are met.
  • Lead data migration, validation, reconciliation, testing, and reporting activities, ensuring accurate inventory, product, and financial data.
  • Support SCM-to-GL accounting, inventory valuation, cost management, and period-end reconciliation processes.
  • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Technology, third-party providers, and System Integrator teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
  • Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and the transition into a stable post-production operating model.
  • Provide leadership and direction to analysts, consultants, third-party partners, and System Integrator resources within the Oracle workstream.

About you

  • Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion SCM implementations as a Senior Consultant, Manager, Solution Architect, or similar.
  • Strong expertise across Oracle Inventory, Cost Management, Procurement, and Product Information Management (Product Hub/PIM).
  • Experience designing product and item data structures, master data governance processes, and new product onboarding workflows.
  • Good understanding of inventory accounting, cost management, COGS processes, and SCM-to-General Ledger integrations and reconciliations.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle configuration, security and role design, release management, and change control.
  • Experience using FBDI and ADFDI for data conversion and OTBI and/or BI Publisher for reporting and analytics.
  • Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, while building strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting multi-site, high-volume operations such as retail, hospitality, food service, entertainment, or similar environments would be advantageous.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications and experience working within multinational, multi-currency businesses would be beneficial.
  • You will be a great fit, if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire. Read more about them here - About us
