Oracle Fusion SME – HCM, Finance & Procurement

We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion SMEs in HCM, Procurement, and Finance to join the project team. The selected experts should possess a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Architecture, modules, data models, and configuration requirements specific to Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities (Techno-Functional Expertise):

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules, including HCM, Finance, and Procurement.

• Understand and navigate Oracle Fusion Architecture and its technical components.

• Understanding of Abu Dhabi-specific configuration and regulatory requirements.

• Execute logical-to-physical table mapping, root-cause analysis, and remediation planning.

• Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules.

• Able to conduct Data Quality root-cause analysis and remediation planning.

• Support in workshops leadership to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.

• Support the design of effective data models and integrations.

• Has strong understanding of how to configure, customize, and extend Oracle Fusion solutions using Oracle Cloud tools.

• Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion configurations and business processes.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Facilitate alignment and consensus on functional and technical design decisions.

• Minimum of 7 years of Oracle Fusion experience in a techno-functional capacity.

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion in regulated environments, preferably within Abu Dhabi.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and system troubleshooting.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion integration technologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and deliver effective presentations.
