A leading medical technology organization in Chelmsford, MA, is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Team Lead to join its IT Business Applications team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position will focus on the design, development, integration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with a primary emphasis on Supply Chain Management (SCM).

This is an opportunity to take technical ownership of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions within a healthcare technology environment. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Oracle Support to develop integrations, extensions, and reporting solutions that support critical enterprise operations.

This position requires five days onsite in Chelmsford, MA. Potential relocation assistance may be available.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of Oracle ERP experience, including significant hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM development and integration experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and production support.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including inbound/outbound integrations and multiple OIC adapters.
• Hands-on experience with CEMLI development, including configurations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integrations.
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
• Experience developing Oracle Fusion Cloud reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion development tools such as Application Composer, Page Composer, APEX, Visual Builder (VBCS), and PaaS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle APIs and REST/SOAP web services.
• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM data models and cross-module dependencies.
• Experience with data conversions using Oracle APIs, FBDI, and ADFdi.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience.
• Oracle Service module experience.
• Groovy scripting.
• Oracle Forms, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and Workflow.
• Experience providing technical leadership across Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

Daily Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, business users, and IT teams to design and implement solutions.
• Design and develop Oracle Fusion Cloud extensions and configurations.
• Build integrations between Oracle Fusion and other cloud and on-premises applications.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using OIC.
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions supporting SCM business processes.
• Support Oracle Fusion production environments, including month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with Oracle Support.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
