Oracle HCM Architect

We're looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Architect to join a global HR Technology team and play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across multiple countries.

This is a critical position for a senior Oracle HCM expert who combines deep functional knowledge with strong solution architecture capabilities and enjoys working hands-on while influencing strategic decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solution design and architecture.
• Provide technical and functional leadership across global implementations.
• Partner with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to define scalable solutions.
• Drive Oracle HCM best practices and architectural governance.
• Support complex implementations, enhancements, and global rollouts.
• Design and oversee integrations, reporting solutions, and data migration activities.
• Mentor team members and influence key architecture decisions across a global organization.

What we're looking for

Essential Experience

✅ Oracle HCM Cloud expertise

✅ Strong functional knowledge of:

• Core HR
• Payroll
• Compensation

✅ Experience as a:

• Oracle HCM Solution Architect
• Techno-Functional Architect
• Functional Lead

✅ Full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience

✅ Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and HCM business processes

✅ Hands-on experience with:

• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• HCM Extracts
• Fast Formula
• OTBI
• BI Publisher
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• REST/SOAP APIs

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
