Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant – Performance & Learning

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Performance & Learning modules. In this role, you will lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions focused on performance management and learning development. Your expertise will drive strategic HR initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness through innovative enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage large-scale organizational change, and deliver tailored consulting services to clients seeking to maximize their HR technology investments. Duties

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Performance & Learning modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and develop detailed process maps for performance management and learning workflows.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans for HR transformation initiatives, integrating Oracle solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables using project management methodologies; facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Provide expert guidance on configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules; troubleshoot technical issues proactively.
• Engage with senior executives through verbal communication and presentations to communicate project status, insights from data analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive business development efforts by researching industry trends, preparing proposals, and expanding client relationships through consulting firm experience and business consulting expertise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise solutions implementation within Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HR technology platforms.
• Strong background in strategic planning, process improvement, and large-scale organizational change management.
• Excellent data analysis skills coupled with business analysis expertise to interpret complex information and inform decision-making.
• Demonstrated project management experience in technology projects with a focus on HR transformation initiatives; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills for engaging with clients’ executive teams and managing cross-functional collaboration effectively.
• Knowledge of Lean management principles, process mapping techniques, and management consulting methodologies.
• Ability to lead teams confidently while fostering a collaborative environment; prior team leadership experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with research methods related to industry best practices in talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and presentations; experience with business development activities is advantageous.

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
