Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions across modules

• Build and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, and OTBI analyses

• Develop and manage data loads using HDL, HSDL, and FBDI

• Design and implement Oracle HCM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Support Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation modules from a technical standpoint

• Perform SQL and XML development for reporting, integrations, and data extraction

• Participate in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and production support projects

• Collaborate with functional consultants, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

• Ensure best practices for data security, performance, and compliance

Required Skills & Experience :

• 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical roles

• Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Fast Formulas

2. HCM Extracts

3. BI Publisher (BIP)

4. OTBI

5. HDL / HSDL / FBDI

• Expertise in Oracle HCM integrations (REST, SOAP; OIC preferred)

• Experience supporting one or more HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation

• Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, and data structures

• Experience in end-to-end implementations and support engagements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications

• Experience in global implementations and multi-country payroll integrations
