Oracle HCM Developer Manager

As an Oracle HCM Developer Manager, you will lead client support work focused on Oracle technology, including the development, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle HCM solutions. You will guide teams, coach junior professionals, manage client service workstreams, and apply strategic planning, performance management, and problem-solving skills to complex delivery requirements.

In this role, you will translate client needs into practical solutions, oversee deliverables across multiple priorities, and use Oracle tools and technology to support implementation, training, and ongoing system utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM development workstreams across client implementation and support activities.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Guide teams in configuring, developing, and maintaining Oracle HCM solutions.
• Review technical designs, code, and deliverables to validate alignment with client requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Oracle HCM enhancements.
• Direct issue analysis and resolution across integrations, workflows, and application defects.
• Oversee the use of Oracle Application Development Framework, Oracle Data Integration, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to prioritize requests and communicate delivery progress.
• Mentor team members through feedback, coaching, and technical reviews.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and apply automation to improve delivery efficiency.

What You Must Have

• At least a bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Data Science.
• At least one Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related OCI domains.
• Experience in Oracle HCM application development across client-facing engagements.
• Experience leading project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery timelines.
• Ability to mentor teams through technical reviews and coaching.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle data integration.
• Ability to communicate system impacts across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
