Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent Management and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation and/or support, solution design, configuration, client interaction, environment migration, and release management.

Must-Have Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent Management and/or ORC
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Implementation and/or Support experience
• Solution Design & Configuration
• Client-facing experience
• Environment Migration & Release Management
• Requirement Gathering and Functional Consulting
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Talent Management Experience

Candidates with Talent Management experience must have worked on at least one of the following:

• Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC / Learn)
• Performance Management
• Goal Management
• Career Development
• Succession Planning

Candidates with expertise in either Talent Management or ORC, or both, are eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Talent Management and/or ORC
• Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions
• Perform solution design and configuration
• Manage end-to-end implementation activities
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting
• Handle environment migration and release activities
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Support issue resolution and successful project delivery
• Travel to client locations as required
