Key Responsibilities
Execute existing Oracle HCM automated regression test suites
Support Oracle HCM Quarterly Release Testing
Support Internal Release Regression Testing
Analyze test execution results and identify defects
Validate fixes and perform re-testing activities
Collaborate with HCM functional and technical teams
Maintain automation suites and update test coverage as required
Key Deliverables
Regression Execution Reports
Defect Tickets with detailed reproduction steps
Evidence, screenshots, logs, and validation reports
Suite Maintenance Logs and Coverage Updates
Preferred Profile
Experience supporting Oracle HCM quarterly platform releases
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
