Performance Management Key Responsibilities: Production support and issue resolution Change requests and system configuration Documentation Oracle quarterly release testing Vendor and stakeholder coordination Reporting, HDL, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula and integrations support

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Experience & Skills: 8+ years relevant experience 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM experience Experience across Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning and other HCM modules Strong OTBI, BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts and SQL skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
