• The candidate must have extensive experience building custom integrations using BI Publisher and/or HCM Extracts.
• The candidate must have extensive experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.
• The candidate must have solid experience with Oracle's Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database to load, update and extract data.
• The candidate must have extensive experience developing custom Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas, specifically within the Time and Labor (TimeCard) module
• The candidate must have solid understanding of TimeCard and Absence functionality
• Experience with Time and Absence schedules and business rules for eligibility
• Calculation rules for shift premium and Time Entry
• Understand differences between elapsed time and regular time
• Follow existing Oracle Cloud work schedule rules to load time for employees
• Debug errors from Timecards
• Candidate should have strong written and verbal communication, with proven proficiency in technical writing and delivering professional presentations
