Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM technical and functional modules, including core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with various Oracle HCM tools and technologies, such as Forms, Reports, Workflow Analysis, and Data Conversion.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions using Oracle HCM technical and functional expertise.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design patterns, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
