Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance on Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.
• Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Oracle HCM tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle HCM configurations and customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM implementation and maintenance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and provide training and support.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM techno-functional role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and their integration with other systems.
• Excellent technical skills and the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems is an added advantage.
