Job Description- HRSS- Oracle HCM Fusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle HCM Fusion Expertise:
• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
• Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Coordination:
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR leaders, department heads, and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into system configurations, processes, and workflows.
• System Integration:
• Track all existing integrations health and collaborate with IT teams to resolve any issue or implement any new with other enterprise systems such as payroll, finance, and technology platforms.
• HR Application Management:
• Manage HCM/HR applications to ensure alignment with HR policies, procedures, working as expected and business objectives.
• Support ongoing digital HR transformation initiatives and ensure continual evolution to improve employee experiences.
• User Support & Maintenance:
• Address and resolve user queries, provide support, and maintain business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
• Act as a problem-solver to ensure smooth operation of HR applications.
• Analytics & Dashboards:
• Create and manage dashboards to monitor system performance and adoption.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and process optimization.
